SCHEDULING, FEES AND POLICIES

FEE SCHEDULE FOR:

CIVIL MEDIATIONS, LIABILITY CLAIMS, INSURANCE COVERAGE, AND

INSURANCE PREMIUM DISPUTES

$150 per party, per hour, with 2 parties

$125 per party, per hour, with 3 parties

$100 per party, per hour, with 4 parties

With 5 or more parties, the fee is $450 per hour, divided equally by the number of parties

For purposes of this Fee Schedule, a "party" consists of one or more persons or entities who have a common interest in the case and who are represented by the same (or single) attorney

CANCELLATION POLICY

$300 for cancellation less than 48 hours of the scheduled mediation

Cancellation fees will be billed to the party or parties requesting the cancellation

WORKERS' COMPENSATION MEDIATIONS

$250 per hour

$75 administrative fee

CANCELLATION POLICY

$250 for cancellation less than 48 hours of the scheduled mediation

Cancellation fee will be billed to the party who scheduled the mediation

MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE MEDIATIONS

$350 for up to 2 hours

$150 per each additional hour

CANCELLATION POLICY

$175 fee for cancellation less than 48 hours of the scheduled mediation

Cancellation fee will be billed to the party who scheduled the mediation

MINIMUM CHARGES AND TRAVEL TIME

Fee for up to half day in Lee County - two (2) hours

Fee for up to half day in Charlotte, Collier, and Hendry Counties - three (3) hours

Full day in Lee County - four (4) hours

Full day in charlotte, Collier, and Hendry Counties - five (5) hours

Time is billed in quarter hour increments for all mediations

There is no charge for travel time in Lee, Charlotte, Collier, and Hendry Counties.  For counties outside of these four counties travel time is charged at the rate of $150 per hour, divided equally between the parties, unless otherwise agreed to between the parties.
